Danny Welch has played an integral role in the growth and development of Continental Contractors as the leader in the hotel renovation industry. His unique insight and forward thinking has been shaped by a career exclusively focused on all aspects of hotel renovations. His career has included posts as an assistant superintendent, estimator and project manager. These experiences have given him an in-depth understanding of the challenges of working in an occupied hotel, meeting deadlines and delivering projects within budget.

Danny’s list of successfully completed projects is quite impressive and includes resorts, conference centers, and upscale hotels. These projects have included major renovations in guest rooms, bathrooms, public spaces, meeting rooms, ballrooms, and fitness centers. Danny employs a high level of service focused on quality and efficient management. He expects and delivers this standard independent of brand and in hotels ranging from limited service to the luxury segment.

Danny Welch earned his undergraduate degree at St. Mary’s College of Maryland and has continued his education at Bucknell University and Penn State. He currently resides in Annapolis, MD with his wife Lauren and their two children Caroline and Laird.
