Kevin King came to Continental Contractors in 2006 as a project manager, bringing with him extensive experience in commercial construction, new hotel construction and retail renovations. Kevin attended CCBC’s Construction Management program where he received his Construction Documentation Technologist (CDT) certification, after graduating from the University of Phoenix with a B.A. in business management. Since his arrival at Continental, he has managed several projects including the:

• Rodgers Forge, MD Condominium renovation
• Sheraton Colonial in Wakefield, MA guest room renovation
• Miami, FL Radisson to Hilton Conversion
• Sheraton Suites in Elk Grove guestrooms and public space renovation
• Courtyard by Marriott in Alexandria, VA guestrooms and public space renovation

Kevin’s “hands-on” approach to project management provides Owners and Managers with a level of confidence during all phases of a hotel renovation project.
