Molly Pitcher is a senior member of Continental Contractors’ Project Management team and Director of the West Coast division. She has been with Continental Contractors since its founding in the fall of 2003 playing an integral role in its development into one of the industry’s leading contractors.

Prior to joining Continental Contractors, Molly gained her hospitality renovation experience while working for a General Contractor where she grew to understand construction projects from a unique hospitality perspective. She has forged solid relationships throughout her career with owners, designers, architects and engineers in the hotel industry. Her attention to detail and communication skills have established Molly as a leading woman in the hotel renovation industry.

Molly graduated from Lehigh University with a keen interest in urban planning and development. Her love of travel gives her an uncanny ability to appreciate every hotel brand in markets across the country. She understands the guest experience and brings a wealth of knowledge with management experience ranging from public spaces to five star guestroom renovations.

In September of 2007 Molly moved to California to open Continental Contractors’ West Coast office overseeing sales and project management.
