Rob Crozier is a project manager in Continental's Annapolis, Maryland office. Rob joined Continental in 2004, bringing with him more than 22 years of experience in the construction industry, encompassing residential and commercial projects, new construction and renovation of existing properties. His responsibilities include overseeing every phase of the construction project and coordinating communication among all parties involved in the building process to deliver the project on time and on budget. This includes design development, estimating, bidding, scheduling, project management, safety enforcement, and subcontractor and customer relationship management. Rob has extensive experience working with Continental's clients in the hospitality industry, ranging from construction of new hotels to guest room and public space renovation projects.

Before joining Continental, Rob worked as a superintendent and later as a project manager in the commercial new construction divisions on projects including retail, hospitality, educational, government and assisted living. Rob also owned and operated a successful construction and fire/water restoration company for 10 years.

Rob is currently pursuing LEED® Accredited Professional certification from the U.S. Green Building Council, which will enable him to provide valuable insight for developers and owners who want to implement “green” processes and materials into their projects.

Rob lives in Glen Burnie, Maryland and enjoys outdoors sports and spending time with his family.
